The
Angel of Death has invaded the ranks of the Craft and summoned one of the
true and faithful. His passing leaves a pang of sorrow, and a
feeling of sadness. His voice will be heard no more around the
altar of Masonry, but the noble example of his unselfish and devoted life
will continue to live, to guide the footsteps and direct the conduct of
many men.
His
achievements and sacrifices will live in the hearts of the Craft, and we
shall think of him as living a beautiful, ascending and expanding life,
made radiant by the lights of true fraternal love.
Resolved
: That Renaissance Council #429, Allied Masonic Degree in
testimony of our loss, be draped in mourning for the proper period, and
his traditional Feast glass be shattered and that we tender the family our
deepest sympathy in their affliction.
